About Me
Hi, I am Valerie Yermal and I am inspired by everyone's unique human experience and translating that into different forms of visual communication. My focus is in graphic design, photography, production design, and retouching. I have a BFA in Photography with a minor in Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art & Design. I'm currently adventuring in Portland, Oregon.
I was born in New Jersey with an upbringing in South Carolina and Ireland. If you listen closely, you can hear the New Jersey accent come out in me with words like, "water," "daughter," and "orange." I can typically be found with a bloody tongue from too many sour patch kids and I have some stellar aspirations that include "Gummy Bear Eating Champion" and "Animal Whisperer." In my spare time I also enjoy hiking, watching documentaries, and reading.
